Terms of Service

These terms apply to ReachLogic services provided by Rockwell Networks, LLC ("ReachLogic," "we," or "us"), including website development, custom applications, hosting, and support.

Services and agreements

The scope of work, deliverables, schedule, fees, and customer responsibilities are defined in the accepted proposal, order, or service agreement for your project. Project-specific written terms govern those details. Nothing in a project agreement limits mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Pricing and payments

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, payment milestones, and any recurring charges are disclosed in your proposal, order, or invoice before payment. Where Stripe is used, payments are processed through Stripe. Do not send full card details or security codes by email.

Delivery and project changes

We deliver services electronically according to the milestones and arrangements in your agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, authorized access, content you have the right to use, and timely approvals. Changes to scope or dependencies may require a mutually agreed revision to the schedule and fees.

Hosting and ongoing support

Your service agreement identifies the hosting or support services purchased, billing interval, renewal charges, and any specific service commitments. Uptime, backup, response-time, and migration commitments apply only where included in that agreement.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your ReachLogic service, contact [email protected] within 30 days of your payment to request a refund. Include your business name, invoice or receipt reference, and the payment you want refunded.

We will confirm your request and coordinate the refund with you. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; the time for a credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Cancel at any time

You may cancel your ReachLogic service at any time by emailing [email protected]. Identify the service you wish to cancel and your requested cancellation date. We will confirm the cancellation and coordinate service closure or any agreed migration arrangements with you. Cancellation stops future renewals for the canceled service.

To request money back under the 30-day guarantee, include a refund request with your cancellation. Cancellation does not by itself request a refund.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge appears incorrect, contact [email protected] with your invoice reference and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and work with you to resolve it. Contacting us does not limit any rights you have through your payment provider or under applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of customer content, custom deliverables, pre-existing tools, and third-party components are governed by your service agreement and any applicable third-party licenses. You must have permission to provide the content and access used in your project.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, infringement, or interference with other systems. Any service suspension, termination, notice, or data-return arrangements are subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Privacy and applicable rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any additional warranty, liability, or dispute-resolution provisions are set out in your service agreement.

Updates

We may update these terms as services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting an existing service will be communicated in accordance with your agreement and applicable law.
